Stanford K. Lee, born in 1961 and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, is a retired federal workforce development professional, trainer, leader, and voice actor who brings real-world experience and a straight-up perspective to the conversation. After serving 20 years on active duty in the United States Navy, Stanford retired from active-duty naval service in August 2000. He went on to complete 18 years of federal civilian service with the Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services before retiring on December 31, 2025. Throughout his federal career, he developed people, led teams, and helped organizations perform at their best. But his story goes beyond the workplace. Through “Your Life in America with Stanford Lee,” he creates a space for real conversations about work, money, leadership, family, community, personal growth, and the everyday challenges of living in America. No hype, no corporate speak—just informed conversations, different perspectives, and the real-life experiences that connect us all.
